I've been using Alvys for almost more than a year now, and here's my take:

Pros:

Super Easy to Use: The interface is really intuitive, making it a breeze to navigate.
Packed with Features: It has everything I need to boost my productivity be it
- Billing,
- AR,
- Dispatch planner V2,
- the totals row at the bottom of each module,
- the AI reading feature for rate confirmations
and many more

Amazing Support: Elizabeth and Emily have been absolute stars, always there to help out.
Dependable: The software runs smoothly with hardly any major hiccups.

Cons:

Pricey: The cost is a bit on the higher side, which might be tough for smaller businesses.
Slow: As my data got bigger over the course of 1.5 years, the loading was slow, but that did not make much of difference; about 30-60 seconds more

Overall, Alvys has been a fantastic addition to my toolkit. The support from Elizabeth and Emily has been top-notch, making the experience even better, despite the higher price.

We have had a deeply disappointing experience with Alvys software, signing up not once but twice. The first time, we canceled because the software was riddled with glitches and lacked several critical features we needed for our operations.

When we were approached for a second try, Alvys assured us that all the glitches had been resolved and that the missing features had been implemented. Trusting their word, we signed up again, only to discover that the software still had significant shortcomings. Additionally, when we sought clarification or solutions, their staff appeared unfamiliar with the system. On multiple calls, they admitted needing to check with their engineering team, stated that we knew more about the system than they did, and claimed that we were “super advanced.” Any requests for changes were simply noted without resolution, with a recurring message to “save the hassle and trust us.”

It became clear that the software would not meet our needs, and we canceled promptly. However, despite their misleading assurances about the software's capabilities, Alvys is now refusing to issue a refund.

We genuinely wanted the system to work and gave it a second chance, but the lack of functionality, unprepared staff, and unfulfilled promises made it impossible to continue. This experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. We cannot recommend their software or their business practices based on our experience.
