I’ve been living at Amavida Marana for about two months now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made! This community is absolutely stunning, and the quality of life here is exactly what I was looking for.

The apartments themselves are luxurious, with high-end finishes like deep soaking tubs, granite countertops, modern cabinetry, and tall ceilings. Every detail feels thoughtfully designed. The dog park has been a huge hit with my goldendoodle, Sam—he loves playing fetch and exploring the large loop around the park. Another standout is the seamless access to the nearby bike path. There’s a gated entrance that makes it incredibly convenient to hop on for a ride.

One of my favorite features here is the gym. Honestly, I almost don’t want to share how amazing it is because it’s such a hidden gem! The equipment is high-end commercial quality, and the space is always clean and fresh-smelling. The team is constantly making small updates to improve it even more. I’ve been able to cancel my gym membership, saving both money and time.

The pool and hot tub are another highlight. The pool is heated, and the hot tub is always the perfect temperature—no detail is overlooked. For EV owners like me, the optional garages with charging capabilities are a game changer, and the recently added EV chargers make this a truly EV-friendly community.

The pickleball courts deserve special mention as well. With four beautifully maintained, lighted courts, they’re some of the nicest I’ve ever played on. It’s great to have the option to enjoy a game even after sunset.

On top of all the amenities, the location is perfect—close to the interstate, fantastic dining and shopping options on Cortaro Rd, and just a short drive from Saguaro National Park. It’s the best of both convenience and natural beauty.

Finally, I can’t say enough about the leasing team. Victoria, Destiny, and Josh are always around, keeping everything running smoothly and going above and beyond to make this place feel like home. You can tell they’re passionate about maintaining the high standards of the community.

If you’re considering making Amavida Marana your home, don’t hesitate.

This is a beautiful complex with such a strong sense of community among the residents and management team. I feel like I’ve met almost everyone who lives here either at the grills by the pool, or at the pickleball court, and they’re all awesome people. Plus the team in the leasing office is always putting on events for the residents.
So far from the team I’ve met Victoria, Destiny, Joshua, Mario, and Adrian. They’re all amazing and the place is so well maintained I feel like there must be 100 more I haven’t met yet.

The amenities are top notch, the apartments are beautiful and the walls and windows are high enough quality that I can peacefully sleep through the day for my night shifts. Another great thing is they have a floor plan that makes it easy for my roommate and I to feel like we are getting a fair split with plenty of space. If that’s what you’re after, tell them you want the same floor plan as Joey, I promise they won’t skip a beat. That’s how tight knit it is here.

Honestly, do not know where to start. But if you’re looking for a place to call home in an apartment complex! Yes, I said it HOME in an apartment complex, this is one of the best place to check out and consider being your new HOME! From the leasing office to the whole apartment an area, would says Hands DOWN! First off all I would love to say thank you to Victoria for getting us into our new apartment! Since the day we met her and she shows us around she’s being so nice and humbled and super friendly and supportive with our move, and the process was so smooth and stress free with her! Josh has definitely been such a great help while living here, super friendly and helpful. As well as their property manager Destiny, very friendly understanding and helpful. As well as their maintained manager very professional and getting his work done. Will definitely recommend people living here.

My daughter and I toured Amavida Marana last week as we’re looking for a place for her to live while she attends the University of Arizona this summer and fall and I have to say, this property is 5 stars all around: Exceptional Living with Outstanding Management. Amavida Marana is truly a standout community. From the moment you arrive, it’s clear this isn’t your typical apartment complex. The property is beautifully landscaped with a modern desert aesthetic that perfectly complements the surrounding area. The apartments are stunning spacious, well-designed, and filled with upscale features. From the sleek stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops to the large windows and open layouts, every detail feels thoughtfully considered. It’s a place that instantly felt like home to my daughter But what truly sets Amavida Marana apart is the exceptional management team. Victoria and Rowan, the community manager and assistant manager, go above and beyond! They’re not only professional and knowledgeable, but they also genuinely care about the residents. Whether it’s helping with a lease question or simply greeting you with a warm smile, their presence makes a huge difference. They’ve created an atmosphere of trust, warmth, and efficiency which makes my daughter excited to live here, and honestly, I don’t blame her. They were absolutely amazing! The amenities are top-tier: a resort-style pool, state of the art fitness center, inviting clubhouse, and pet-friendly spaces that really add to the community feel. The location is also ideal close to shopping, dining, and easy freeway access, yet tucked away enough to offer peace and quiet. It’s the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility. If you’re looking for a beautiful apartment community whether you’re a college student or just looking for a great place to live with incredible leadership and a welcoming atmosphere, Amavida Marana is the place to be.

Would not recommend. Been living here for 6 months now, it has been a bad experience. Josh was the best employee and the one who made living here a great experience but he is gone now by how bad management is now. Mario the cleaning guy was also a highlight of living here but hes gone now. Everything changed to bad when the new manager Victoria took over. Expect for security to be really bad here. Its not safe to live in Amavida. People constantly steal from patio or even parking lots. Heard they stole a whole motorcycle from the parking lot, and that they broke into cars. Management doesn’t keep residents updated about this stuff. You won’t feel safe to live here until they add a security company or more security measures around the complex.
Its not a luxury apartment complex, you will often see police here, for bad neighbors, especially a women who is often doing drugs or drunk sleeping on the floor. You will often see 3-5 cop cars, firefighters, ambulances for people like her getting overdosed or into fights around late at night and management accepts this and dont do anything.
Quality of the construction sucks and feels rushed. No good community events, the events that happen are once every 2-3 months and they feel rushed and forced. The grass all around the community is dead and they cant even fix this by watering it. Maintenance sucks too, they dont fix anything and the quality of construction is worse than other apartments.
If management rejects all this, you could ask any resident walking around and they would confirm all of this. Most of the residents are tired that this apartment complex sucks and we are stuck here until our contract expires.

We had an amazing apartment tour at Amavida Marana! Josh was incredible—he patiently answered all our questions, guided us through four different units, and truly listened to our needs to help us finalize the best one.

The whole community is impressively large and has such a friendly atmosphere. It was great to see Josh greeting and chatting with existing residents, which really showed the strong sense of connection here.

One big plus for us is the abundance of Level 2 EV charging stations, which is perfect since we have two Teslas. Definitely a great place to consider for anyone looking for a welcoming and well-equipped community!

I love it here! I drove by everyday on my way to work as they were building it and knew it would one day be my home. Destiny came through my work one day and after chatting it up she told me to come by for their open house, and I’m so glad I did! Destiny, Victoria and Josh were all so friendly in answering the millions of questions I had and they were also very accommodating to my move in date. The amenities have been a huge bonus, my son loves playing on the playground and I’m loving the pickleball courts. The pool and gym are super nice too! The apartment complex is very well maintained and clean throughout. The apartments are very spacious and the finishes are beautiful. An added bonus is the location, super close to the freeway and many different restaurants and grocery stores. I recommend everyone I know to at least come tour this place because you will instantly fall in love!

I can’t imagine living anywhere else. Amavida answered all the questions I had and location is so convenient for me. Don’t believe everything you read on the internet, come visit for yourself and see just how amazing the staff is, the I’m so appreciative of Victoria and her team! They are very professional and made me feel so at peace with my decision to move to Amavida.
