As first time home owners, I can happily say our experience was AMAZING! We had been eyeing this community for so long as the area is exactly where we wanted to buy! We met Tony, the sale rep, back in 2023. When I reached back out to him in May 2024, he was there to help and knew exactly what we wanted. He presented us our home and since we were out of state at the time, he sent videos and really worked with us to get everything we needed done! Our Construction Manager (Willie) was such a pleasure to work with as well. He did a great job explaining things on the house and was very patient during the walk through. Thank you to the entire Pulte team, we love our new home!

Patrick & Willie made this process very easy & they went beyond expectations for my family and I. Here's an example...Willie conveyed to me he will ensure my landscape is cut again within the week to include ensuring my house is sprayed (inside and outside) with pesticides. He's the epitome of "Service Before Self"...thank-you Willie & Patrick!

Trash is constantly blown from this construction onto my property. Zero care or effort for dust abatement during construction. Dirt was so bad that it clogged and broke my pool filter and pump. Frequent flat tires from nails of this builder. Roofers are blaring music at 7:00 AM on a Saturday. Rear-ended by a contractor, given bad insurance info. Builder promised to address these issues repeatedly and never followed through. Completely disrespectful to the community.

A huge thank you to Melody Gomez at Pulte Homes! Throughout our first year in the house, she has been an absolute rock star when it came to warranty issues. Her responsiveness to emails was fantastic – no matter how small the concern, she addressed it quickly and efficiently. But what truly impressed us was her willingness to go above and beyond. (We had an issue with A/C and Melody went in person and did a temporary fix before the tech came). Thanks to Melody Gomez, our warranty year was a breeze. We truly appreciate her dedication to customer service!
