Of course, with any transaction, there will always be imperfections. In our experience, it was the staging company, Ashley Thornton (who used sub-par furnishings and never consulted us on our style preferences). That was NOT the responsibility of our agents, as we personally selected the stager. Despite that hurdle, the Anna K team took incredible, high-quality photos that made our mediocre staging look amazing! We were thankful they turned that around and we credit them to selling our loft quicker than it might have sold.

The entire AnnaK Intown team made selling our house quick and simple. They came to the initial meeting prepared with relevant comps and incorporated our thoughts on initial listing price. They offered great suggestions for a few quick and easy touch ups, which we took care of right away so they could take photos (which were amazing), and list it. It was listed on a Thursday, we had an open house that Saturday and it was under contract (over asking!!!) by Monday. Over asking was key as it allowed us to do a few of the odds and ends repairs following the inspection with no impact to the money we desired to net in the transaction.
