Went to this office to have fingerprinting done for licensing, was charged for what was supposed to be a complete process and instead only had half of the service done and prints were not transmitted. Called for clarification and received an 800 number without any questions of my issue.

Called multiple time and spoke to the the gentlemen ( Yoan) at the location where he repeatedly told me $52 for the electronic fingerprint for Real estate. I called before coming were he reconfirm the price. When I get there it $62 dollar. Don't fall for the bait switched.

I didn’t receive any service, there’re lazy people working in apex. I knocked the door three times, and I could hear them laughing and watching something maybe tick tock. The thing is they never opened the door. I assumed they don’t want to work. 👎🏻
