I reached out to Applied Consultants due to some groundwater issues on our property. Our neighbor had complained to the city under the belief that there was a sewage problem originating from our property. Joshua personally came to our home and conducted a groundwater investigation. He concluded that the water was, in fact, not from a sewer line but instead from an underground source beyond our property.

I highly recommend contacting Applied Consultants to have an engineer look at foundation issues before seeking out a contractor for repairs. Joshua was able to look at my foundation, drainage, and other factors to determine the cause of the problem, how to prevent further issues, and how to repair the foundation. He was able to recommend someone to do the repair. He also had some additional suggestions looking at my basement that will help me get the most out of it when I go to finish it in the future.
