If I could give 0 stars for this company I would prefer to do that. I don't know about their printing services, but not a good IT company at all. They have no sense of urgency & don't care about their clients at all. Look somewhere else for an IT provider.

I cannot emphasize enough how grateful we are as a company to have such a partner. Katie and Max in the print shop are very easy to work with, whether you timeline is next day or weeks in the future. Applied Innovation is lucky to have such people working for them.

From the very first day I entered the building I was greeted by several people. I never felt out of place. The facility is beautiful and well maintained. Everyone in the office strives to give excellent customer service and each employee is treated very kind by executive staff. Your ability to exceed is very important. The “red carpet” is laid out for ever client, large or small. Through this pandemic, Applied was quick to set up safe protical to keep all their employees safe. Top knot has company with top notch staff.

Wow! Had Applied Imaging come out to service a Ricoh unit today. Tech named Francisco says hourly is $150 - I say ok. Tech says parts need to be replaced - I say ok. We agree on the price ($191). Then he says oh I forgot to mention, there’s other stuff that needs to be replaced ($194 more) More time and an additional parts cost which is more than the original price we agreed on. What was going to be about $350 for repairs was suddenly going to cost over $700. Nice little bait and switch there. No thanks
