Old family video tapes are too precious for me to want to just leave them at a fedex or ups store, so I really appreciated that William has a brick and mortar location where I was able to directly hand him the tape and he converted it to digital very quickly, within a week, and with impeccable sound and video quality. It was a surprise for my father's birthday yesterday- we got too watch never before seen footage of a trip to visit his parents back in the mid 90s, before they passed on. Everyone was in tears, so happy for the gift of hearing our loved ones voices again after so many years- thanks to William for providing such a great service for the community at an affordable price! I so appreciate this man’s skill & dedication to process all my old VCR tapes into format I can now review & cherish the memories as far back as the 50s. To see & hear the voices of loved ones who have passed is just priceless! Some of my tapes were in bad shape where I had difficulty seeing on original tape. Did a great job on a transfer from cassette tape to a CD with picture plus 2 forms of digital files. Will definitely use again when I find more old tapes, movies and pictures during my next decluttering session!
