The application process was smooth and leasing department was very responsive. However, when it came time to collect the keys, the home was not move in ready as we expected. The only way to communicate with the property manager is by email. We were finally able to communicate with someone over the phone and she was a great help. We were able to move in to another property the next day and any issues we met, they took care of it right away. Their line of communication definitely needs to improve. In some ways it is convenient to be able to handle payments and requests through the app, but when there are matters that needs to be addressed immediately, there HAS to be someone we can call in that moment. Overall the property and location in Madison is nice. Truly appreciate all the help and communication I’ve received from Kaitlynn (National Field Team Coordinator). She’s been a huge help for my family and I as we transitioned into our new location.

Where do I start?! My move in process was extremely irritating. I couldn’t speak with anyone they rarely email back and at that time I had already paid my deposit. I had to call every person that was cc on the email before I actually spoke with someone to get an updated corrected lease. Now I have tried contacting the Alabama property manager about being charged for bills I’ve already paid for about a month now via email and phone with no response regarding as to why I’m being charged for months I’ve already paid. I can’t get in touch with anyone. Town homes are nice but trying to get people out for maintenance or if you’re having any issues and need to speak with a manager it’s no one you can contact no supervisor, nothing. I doubt this review will grab the attention of a person that actually cares about managing this community but I do hope it sheds light on potential renters to look elsewhere, the headache of trying to contact someone or anyone regarding errors on this company’s part will drive you crazy.

I have rented from them for 2 years . I haven’t had a piece of mind yet. I’m in Alabama my property manager name is Amanda. My rent amount in the portal is always wrong and they will lie about how much you owe to get extra money. I pay my rent on time every month and my second year they sent me a letter saying they will not renew my lease. Run from this rental company. They are so unorganized.

The homes are beautiful, but the communication with the property managers is horrible and I am really big on communication, especially when I have a major concern. Items from my yard was taken and destroyed, I've been pressing this issue for a while and nothing has been done about it. They offered to transfer me to a different home, but I'm having to reapply and pay application fees. I feel like they're only concerned with getting money and not the safety of my 6 yr old daughter. I also, explained and sent photos of the bottom of my newly built home brick is falling apart in the back of my home. My fear is that if I really bad storm comes it will collapse, did they show any empathy towards that? NO, ABSOLUTELY NOT! I've emailed the property manager's supervisor and still no response!!!

Property Manager (Amanda Swan)over Alabama area never answers the phone prior to moving in I made her aware the air was not working she took my $3300 I went an entire week w/o air in my house no call updates or anything from her inspection on her units are neglected terrible business the only positive are the homes are beautiful, the view is amazing and the application was easy

Run from this place!!!! Different fees added every month. Not to mention HOA. No communication with the property manager Amanda. I do not recommend!
