About four years ago we had decided to upgrade our POS System for our pizza restaurant. We are a busy restaurant with 5 POS stations. We found AST POS as we were hoping to use somebody local. The owner Naveen was our main point of contact in the process. He listened to our needs and gave us a very good price offer. Naveen handled our software customization and brought us into his office to test drive the software as it was being developed. It took about three meetings to get the software developed enough for launch at the restaurant. Once we were live we had noticed a few bugs and needs for tweaking the software. Naveen had his staff get on it right away.
I highly recommend AST POS. I love their personalized service and ability to talk to the owner directly every time an issue comes up. We have been very satisfied with them.
