I can not recommend Sam, Maggie & the team enough. Our house sale was handled professionally and with the care and support needed during a stressful and time sensitive time. From the initial valuation, to booking viewings, and then handling the exchange & completion, the team at Austin Roe were in control and kept us updated at every step. Sam gave excellent advice and went above and beyond what I expected from our Estate Agents. Supporting local is always very important to me, and Austin & Roe really are a fantastic Estate Agents if you are looking to move in and around Stone. Thanks again!!

I rented a property from Austin & Roe for a year and a half, and my experience was outstanding. The team, especially Samantha, was always professional, responsive, and helpful. They made everything easy, from the move-in process to handling any issues that came up during my tenancy. The property was well-maintained, and any concerns were addressed quickly. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy rental experience.

Our experience from the very beginning was fantastic! Austin and Roe made renting our ideal home a seamless process. The team is professional, ethical, and easy to work with. A special thanks to Samantha, the Director, for her exceptional support—she's always been humble, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond for both landlords and tenants. We highly recommend their services! Thank you once again!

Bought through Austin and Roe and found staff to be very helpful and on the ball. Emails and calls were returned promptly and Samantha was particularly helpful - going that extra mile by liaising with the vendors whilst chasing solicitors to ensure a swift completion. Would recommend!

I used Austin & Roe to sell my house. From the beginning of the transaction their communication was really good, telling me about viewings, giving feedback and letting me know about issues as well as suggesting an excellent contractor. Maggie's advice re pricing definitely saved me several thousand pounds. Once the sale was agreed, Samantha took over and liaised between the solicitors, buyer and surveyor really efficiently, again keeping me up to date throughout. I've worked in the industry for 20+ years and would not hesitate to recommend Sam and Maggie at Austin & Roe - thank you again for everything.

We recently worked with Samantha at Austin & Roe estate agents to purchase our home and we couldn't be any happier with the experience. Communication was great and Samantha was always available to answer any questions or queries we had. Very supportive and communicated frequently with solicitors to make sure things were kept moving. I would highly recommend Austin & Roe estate agents.

Having interviewed three estate agents I decided to use Austin & Roe as they seemed to offer a much better package at a more reasonable cost. My decision proved correct from the initial listing to the completion the team were professional and supportive nothing was to much trouble I have no hesitation recommending Samantha and the Austin & Roe team. Best Chris
