Fix your goddamn fire alarm. So far it went off falsely at 12/28/24 and 1/1/25 (happy new year to everyone except who’s responsible for this fire alarm). You guys said problem was resolved when it went off first time. I hate it here. I’m paying ridiculously high rent to get my sleep cycle messed up.

In all seriousness this is a major safety issue. When it rang for second time, no one evacuated because they knew it was false. I didn’t either, I just stayed in bed even though it was incredibly loud even with my earplugs in.

One day if there is legit fire, chances are not many people are gonna evacuate. That’s just how people works, and it’s gonna be on you.

You guys need to either replace your fire alarm vendors or actually fix the problem. Won’t be renewing if this problem persists.

I had to relocate a family of 5 with very short notice due to the family home having mold. The Leasing Office Team, especially Nethwan, were so helpful. Nethwan spent a lot of time with me because I am not tech-savvy and all the lease agreement and payment processes with Avalon are online. He was so patient. Once the family members were relocated to Avalon, Nethwan still jumped in when there were service issues that needed to be resolved.

Make this process easier. Nethwan went above and beyond for my fiancé and I when we moved from one unit to another within the complex recently. We faced some challenges and he was very attentive and helped us find a better, bigger unit. Highly recommend him for any needs with moving and assistance at Avalon!!!

Love Avalon! Great community of people and staff is very accommodating and friendly. My spouse and I have the 1 bedroom loft and its perfect for our lifestyle! Also very convenient in terms of all our shopping and leisure is within walking distance. Feels like vacation everyday. Highly recommend!

My family and I are residents here at Avalon and so far we have really enjoyed being here. Before coming to Avalon, we had looked at many apartments in the surrounding area. And we decided on Avalon because of amenities and what we got for the price. I'm home most days and no complaints. It's very clean and maintenance is very good. If there ever is an issue, it is cleaned or dealt with in a timely matter. Nethwan who works for Avalon has been wonderful, helpful and very quick to respond. Trevor who got us moved in, is also helpful and quick to respond. Brian and the maintenance team are great and very friendly. Even when we were having late night issues with our smoke detectors! Overall we are pretty happy where we are

I've lived at the Avalon for a little over a month now in a loft apartment and I have to say, not once have I regretted my decision! Initially, we were apprehensive about the place due to some mixed reviews we had read. (Which are honestly a little outdated as it feels like management has changed overall.) However, the moment we toured the property we felt that it had a lot of potential. We met with Nethwan at the front office and he was exceptionally kind and provided us with invaluable advice regarding the type of apartment we were looking for. We were particularly interested in a loft space with a lot of natural light, and his recommendation perfectly matched our criteria. Impressed by our experience, we decided to apply for a place on the very same day we toured! We heard back within a day.

The loft apartment we moved into is modern, spacious, and stunning with a ton of afternoon light and an sunset view during golden hour. While noise hasn't been an issue for us, we appreciate that the management takes such concerns seriously, which is evident through their nighttime security team. It definitely feels very safe here.

Despite our initial reservations, it was Nethwan's personal touch that truly set our experience at the Avalon apart. Whether it was promptly addressing our questions or simply checking in on how we were settling-in whenever we crossed paths in the lobby, his genuine care for the residents shines through. Moreover, everyone we've encountered in this community, be it residents or staff, has been incredibly kind, contributing to our overall satisfaction with the place. For those who might be hesitant, I recommend giving this place a chance and touring it if possible!

Love this community! The amenities are spectacular! The leasing team is amazing for hosting such cool events to bring us together! Not to mention the layout of the lofts are spacious and perfect for my boyfriend and I. We definitely recommend these apartments.
