I really never leave reviews, but I was so impressed with the first phone call and thought I take a chance on April and Jacky. They were not only amazing to work with and super fast. I got contact with there art team and they made me the coolest video and let me keep all rights to it. I was sitting at BBQ Blessing and approved my video and watched it pop up on all the screen. They had reached out to me about advertisement back in December 2021 and I thought it was going to be good for my business. They told me that I can have the ad changed as much as I’d like it to. But when everything went to the artist, communication basically stopped. I had no communication on when the ad would go live. It took them until June to get my ad up and the ad wasn’t close to what I wanted. The last time I spoke with the person who created the ad was 10/31/2022. Before that I had sent him several emails, and no response! Now it’s almost May 2023 and nothing. I had sent several emails about my experience to the accounting department and someone finally responded. (4/24/23) I won’t ever do advertisement with them again. The communication and time management is terrible.
