I went to this location after going to their little brother store in Manistee and I was amazed! Their collection of cards is off the charts. I spoke to the owners for so long, they are incredibly kind and have so much knowledge on MTG and even Pokémon. They truly have an amazing setup and is definitely my favorite shop I have ever been to. Will be trying to come back more when I’m able to. Thank you so much!!!

Small store but they have a little bit of everything. Way better service and customer experience than 3/4 of the gaming places out there and I found one mtg commander deck for $15 less than you can find online if you can find it at all. Proving once again that you are doing yourself the opposite of a favor by shopping online and not at your local store (low prices included) and this one is staffed by people who love what they do and it shows.

Amazing staff, don't have a lot of stock but is willing to get anything you need and that what really matters. Freindy and can tell there passante about what they do. Great place to find rare cards. Or looking at getting into a new hobbie

This store was great with a little bit of everything, but what really made it was the stellar customer service we received. Cashier was very knowledgeable about the various items my friends and I bought, and she helped me buy a videogame as a gift for my boyfriend while he was still in store without him realizing. Overall and awesome experience and I hope to shop here again!

Fantastic shop. Super helpful and had great game recommendations. Enjoyed getting to look at the retro game systems they had in stock. Will definitely stop in there the next time I am in Ludington.

Great place to go for older games and equipment. if you have any games that you don't want anymore, take them in and you'll be given either money or store credit. (Take store credit if you plan on shopping here frequently. you get more value that way.) The employees are very nice and helpful. overall, an amazing experience.

I really don't like giving negative reviews, especially for businesses I like, but the communication between the clerk and me that occured today almost caused me to be stranded because of nearly running out of gas.

I called ahead of time to see if I could even sell my cards there and was informed that I could but values depend and so forth. At no time during the call did the clerk mention I needed ID to be able to complete such a transaction. I did not arrive with my ID on my person. I had switched cars and left it in the other vehicle.

If I wasn't literally scraping pennies together for gas money I couldn't care less, but since I'm flat broke and absolutely needed every cent from the sale of my cards, this interaction cannot go unmentioned.

Good luck in the future, but I will not be patronizing your establishment henceforth. If I didn't have to commute 30 minutes to get to this place this wouldn't even be an issue. I'd have gotten my ID and come back.

What a lovely little store. Owner was so kind, struck up a conversation with my teenage son right away. Very knowledgeable about all the games and cards and local Ludington information.
