I contacted this company back in early October of 2024 to have my property surveyed. It took three messages to finally get a return call. I was informed it would be 6 weeks to get to the job due to a covid outbreak at his company. I agreed to the time frame and price. Called back after waiting eight weeks. I was then told it could be done the next week either Monday or Friday. I agreed to Monday but to please call me the day of to confirm they would do the job. It is now been a month & have never had a call back or reason given for their failure to do the agreed upon work. I quit wasting my time with this company and hope it informs others to do the same and find someone honest and competent.

If Bobby says the survey will take 6 weeks firm double that. If he says it will cost $800 max double that too. However, when he’s finally finished he does a very good job. Also, he doesn’t communicate very well.

I called needing a survey of my yard to get a fence and the man told me an estimate of what it would cost over the phone, then told me it would be 4 weeks before he could get to me. I said fine as I know everyone is busy. He said he would call the week he would be available with a time and date. That was in September, and I'm still waiting to hear for him... poor customer service.

I’ve used Bailey Engineering in the past with positive results so i decided to use them again to survey a 1.07 acre lot and a .32 acre lot . Took them about 2.5 months to get to me which was fine. I’m busy too. So I previously had them survey 28 acres and put a line down the middle to split it between 2 people and they charged me 500-600 dollars two years ago. After they were finished with my less than 2 acres he said I owed him 1,882.00. I couldn’t believe it, asked him how? That’s the time he had involved in surveying it. Well the guys that came out told me the first day they marked everything off they were wrong and had to go do some research. They came back the second day and straighten it out. So I got charged double for their screw up. Mr. Bailey didn’t have much nice to say when I questioned the amount and told him I just don’t see it. And that he was charging me for time they mess up on. Either way I got the shaft for sure. It just don’t add up, just wanted to put this out tgere

I used Bailey Engineering today to inspect the foundation on my house. They were extremely friendly and did a thorough inspection.
They sent me a detailed report on the condition of the crawl space and foundation. The report was written so both a layperson and professional could understand it.

They were reasonably priced and I highly recommend doing business with them

I’ve trying for several months to get a property line survey from Mr Bailey as his reviews were good. For whatever reason he is not interested or doesn’t need the work, which he should have just told me up front. I’ll try somewhere else…
