My spouse and I were very pleased with the "Self Leadership Program". (I would suggest going through the Self Leadership program with your spouse, if possible). Marc guided us through an exploration of what makes us the happiest and healthiest. We covered things that everyone should be thinking about and evaluating, but its nearly impossible to sit down and come up with these answers without some sort of guidance. Marc did an excellent job of making us feel comfortable during the sessions. He was quick to offer help when we inevitably had difficulty with some of the tough questions.

I would highly recommend this program to everyone. It gives you the tools to make sure that you are making career and life decisions that align better with what will make you the happiest and healthiest in the long run.

Balanced Leadership Center is amazing. My brother and I run a home improvement company and we are successful. We have a great life, consistent money but we are working in the business rather than on it. Our life is work 24/7/365. It's tough to have a day off because we would take on extra task so that they are done right.

We have never had a mentor to guide us down the correct path or someone to tell us do this because it works but don't do that etc.

Marc our business coach is awesome. In the very beginning, Marc worked with us for 2 days straight (8 hour sessions) to hammer out our vision, goals and look at to the future like we never have before. In addition, my brother and I coach independently with Marc every other week. Our company has already done a 180 in less than 3 months. Sales are up, Morale is up and team alignment is in check!
