Their machines break after one year of use.
My company has been troubleshooting our plasma cutter for the past year.
Absolutely sub par work.
Customer support was practically nonexistent.
Definitely don't recommend.

Friendly, awesome staff and always very helpful with questions. I've been using Bend-Tech software for many years and it has saved me time and material. I am in the process of expanding my shop with the possibility of adding a Dragon to my operation.

BEWARE. The company seems like a good company until you get stuck with a machine that has constant problems. We have had on-going issues with the machine disabling. It started early on after buying the machine and we dealt with it for a while until it became so bad that the machine is virtually useless. Their support is dead set on trying to fix problems over the phone rather than getting out to actually fix the issues and get the machine up and running. It has resulted in us losing money on parts that we can no longer run on the machine and it has put a sour taste in our mouth about the level of service. To be told that new customer trainings are more important than getting a down machine fixed and running should tell you everything you need to know about the company. Look elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

Can't say enough good things about this machine, bought a second A400 for my fab shop and they both run full time. Only complaint is the first one I bought is belt driven and not the rack and pinion such as the newest one. Plan on retrofitting it eventually but for now i'll just buy the belts.

Had many problems with the machine, it won’t stay calibrated and has broken down many times. I’ve even had their techs come in and still won’t run right. They have tried to help that’s the only reason I haven’t given it 1 star. I feel like I was sold a lemon that will never run right so I’m stuck with a 40k shop ornament.

Nothing but great things to say about Bend Tech and their software. I have been a customer for many years and can't recommend them more.
Their tube design software allows me to design parts the way I want them to be. The software solves the problem of how to make them so I can concentrate on the design and not worry about the bending.

I didn't know much about tube bending, but thought my jeep could use some asskicking tire mount, front bumper, and a roll cage. I know there are many kits out there but I wanted more of the DIY approach, building my own from design to finish. My fab buddy recommended bendtech that will allow me to design up any tubing in 3D and somehow give me these magical numbers on how to bend up tubings just right for any tube benders out there. Took me about a day to figure out the software, next day I was out bending up my tire mount at my buddy's shop with instructions given by bendtech. Sure, I screwed up couple tubing in the very beginning (case of failed to follow instructions) but this software made tube bending possible for a first time tube fabricator like me. Great software and great customer service, worth every penny.
