We worked with Bahman for our living room+kitchen remodel where we vaulted our ceiling. Besides the courtesy and great communication, the absolute best thing about Bahman is the predictability that his expertise brings. Since he is also an engineer, he was able to quickly identify everything our project will need, and gave us an accurate estimate from the very first days. I especially realized how important this was when I asked another contractor for a quote, and they grossly underestimated the structural work needed to vault the ceiling. Bahman’s framing and electrical crews were particularly efficient, fast, and high quality. Everything was permitted without much revision or corrections. Bahman was on top of each stage and answered our numerous questions and requests patiently. Overall, we’re very happy with the quality of his work and service, and would gladly work with him again.

The layouts were extremely efficient and all of the details like lighting placements, wet walls, and electrical have stood the test of 4 years of living in the house. Bahman also managed several neighbor disputes with ease. The finishings chosen were high quality.
