March 9 2024 will mark 15yrs in the Kingman area. No one else has ever touched any of my devices but the young man who runs the shop…… He is A GEM ?

This is strictly my opinion only! My son took 2 towers w/Windows 10 on them to sell them and they didn't give him much. I'm sure they made a good amt. And I took my laptop in about 4 yrs ago. They couldn't fix whatever the problem was and I've never been back to them. But I know several people who swear by them.

One of the best places to get a used laptop computer. They are very kind. I give them 5 stars.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY'S SERVICES!!!!!! Complete rip-off. Did not perform services I requested. Charged me A LOT of money to download free programs that I could do myself. Would not give me a detailed invoice of what work they did do. Refused to warranty their labor. And EXTREMELY rude when I paid to pick up my laptop. Only a fool would use this company.

They only seem to have inventory suitable for rebuilding or repairing older computers, like pre-2007 old. I've tried to make a purchase from here a few times but thier used prices are always triple the price on Amazon new. I'll probably still try here but honestly it's unlikely I'll ever make a purchase from them.
