This is our second year doing camp at BitSpace. Even my sassy pre-teen said it was awesome. I really appreciate the way the BitSpace staff help the kids navigate their own creative journey. My kid came out of it not only with a cool project but also skills in both building and arts as well as problem solving and staying focused in a creative process. Would absolutely recommend and we will hope to be back next year!

This is our second year enrolling kids in the summer camps, and have had a really great experience. The kids learn safety, are encourage to explore and iterate on their ideas, and build their skills with both virtual and physical tools and the transition between them. They bring an ambitious project to life in a week and present on the last day. What a great place!

We recently enrolled our 6th grader in a week long Summer Camp, and we are thrilled to share our wonderful experience! From the moment our child stepped foot into the camp, they were welcomed with open arms and an enthusiasm that was truly infectious.

First and foremost, the camp instructors were exceptional. Their passion for making, creativity, and teaching was evident in every activity and workshop. They created a warm and inclusive environment where every child felt comfortable expressing their ideas and exploring their imagination. Our 6th grader came home every day bubbling with excitement, eagerly sharing what they had learned and accomplished.

The camp struck the perfect balance between structured guidance and free exploration, allowing each camper to tailor their experience based on their interests and skill level. It was truly inspiring to witness our child's newfound confidence in tackling challenges and embracing the process of trial and error. Moreover, the camp fostered a sense of camaraderie among the campers.

As parents, we cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible impact the camp had on our 6th grader. They came away with a newfound love for making.

We highly recommend the Summer Camp to any parent looking to provide their child with an unforgettable learning experience. The dedicated instructors, engaging activities, and supportive environment make this camp an absolute gem. Our heartfelt thanks go out to the entire camp staff for creating such a remarkable program and empowering our young maker to thrive!

We've been going to Bitspace for the past three years and my daughter LOVES it. She's the creative type and it allows her to try so many different, and cool, methods. She's built a table and a lamp. It's really incredible. I can't recommend it enough for those looking for something new for their kids to try.

My kid has gone there 3 years in a row and always asks to go back. That tells you everything you need to know, really. The counselors are great, and it's a unique, inclusive environment. Highly recommended.

My son loves Bit Space and I love the combination of safety instruction, guided creation, and free time. Educators like me know the cognitive benefits from building and creating include critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration.... things that teachers try to cultivate in their classrooms but often cannot due to standardized testing fever and all the test prep it entails. Bit Space is a great place to build those skills and strategies that last a lifetime.

I do wish Bit Space was a little less pricey. My family is very fortunate to be able to afford it, but this is the kind of thing all kids need. On-site after school programs with Bit Space would be a great opportunity for kids, but the logistics are difficult. I just wish all kids could benefit from this equally.

Also, just a little warning for those who have never been to Bit Space Lincoln Square: the parking lot is tiny and awkward. I park on the street.

Good work, Bit Space!
