Picked up the 2 puzzles we thought we ordered back in early Dec.
Turns out they have a backwards way of doing this, 1) you oder, 2) you get an email 3) you get an email when they arrive at their warehouse that they're available to order?
Just trying to figure it all out.
Called store and got a lot of shuddering and stammering, then we we went to the warehouse, after calling and confirming that they are indeed in stock, get a different explanation. Therfore 100% thoroughly confused.

They have a large selection of board games and puzzles! I appreciate that they have a large selection of both well known, and indy, games. They have tons of options and I always leave with a new game I am excited to try. Staff is also friendly and willing to help look for specific games I have in mind.

Nice local store chain that provides a near endless selection of games. You can also play games at the store if you want to try before you buy, or just want to meet friends. They hold gaming events as well through the week. Might be able to beat some prices online, but there is something to be said for going in to a local shop where you can meet up with people, make new friends, and play some games before you buy.

Cool store. Smaller than expected though had a good variety of unique games. The games were also not as expensive as I originally thought. Staff was really friendly when we asked for game suggestions. We will be going back. Thanks!

Pros: Staff is very friendly and helpful. THEY HAVE A 50% OFF WALL OF GAMES! This is the only BGB I've been to that features this, which makes it totally worth the trip.

Cons: Not the biggest selection of games. Lots of windows + stock that sometimes sits for a long time = some things are lightly sun faded. Nothing too serious, tho.

Beware of their promotions. They do not hold to their word. I participated in the pre release of Dominaria so I could buy a booster box one week early and the store refused to sell it to me. The staff misinformed me. When I spoke to the manager I was called a liar. Their service was poor. The staff member Sara was rude. I have never revived such poor service (Bayshore location)

Love the Board Game Barrister. I’ve always had great service at every location. Staff is very knowledgeable, and in the rare instances when they don’t have something in stock they can almost always order it for you!

Great board game store with even some tabletop hobby stuff. Big plus is they have a lot of the games in the back that you can try at the store to see if you will actually want them.
