Horrible place I went to buy a phone and the "manager" said it was gonna be a minute waited 20 minutes then he got rude. When asked for the manager name he said it's Jason and that's me . Not professional at all so I won't go there

This place smells like the staff smoke a pack a day in the back room and never mop. I come in annually to upgrade my phone and it always has the worst odor. I absolutely wouldn't shop here if it wasn't the only one around. Also everytime I've been in the service is SO slow. I'll probably just start ordering my phones online.

Boost mobile will lock your phone if you bring a phone from another provider and not unlock it for you. They do lock you into a contract!

Went in to get help because my card was expired and my bill was do soon. She told me she couldn't help. She said they don't do anything having to do with billing.
I called customer service and didn't get me anywhere with that. So I had to called my nephew that works for T Mobile to get help. He told me to go to my Boost app. I don't know why the young lady didn't know that. Very disappointed in the customer service I didn't receive.

Went in to get a new phone told them straight forward I did not want to pay activation charges as I could do it myself. The manager Ashely was sitting right there never said that the charges where automatically included. After they processed my card she spoke up very rudely and said the fee is included and I could not leave the store with an unactivated phone. I asked for a refund and was asked to leave the store. After talking with customer service was I was told I could buy as many unactivated phones as I want. Called their main store in Lansing and talked to the owner who also told me it is a store policy. The employee who helped me probably didn't know what was going on. But to refuse a refund after I just purchased it is nonsense. I've been a long time customer there but will never do business with BUZZ wireless again even if I have to drive to Grand Rapids 45 miles away. Terrible store customer service.

I'm not real happy with Boost Mobile as a whole franchise, but these young people at the Ionia store are Top Notch. 👍🏻👍🏼👍🏽👍🏾👍🏿

I returned to Ionia Boost Mobile today. Twice. Clerk was working alone and doing a great job. New phone was confusing but got educated in short time. I'm satisfied with my purchase. I appreciate the customer service.

I was a boost customer for 15 plus years. I came in with a broken phone. They had very limited options and the phones they had available were not not great. I was considering shopping around but made my final decision due to the horrible customer service we received and rude attitude we watched other customers receive as well. I don't like change I am 34 so I've only ever had Boost and have championed them just want to ilistrate how bad my experience was that day. And how one bad employee can make or break business.
