We love Brad! He has helped our school with our computer issues several times. He has been able to figure out and fix our issues fast and efficiently.

Truely has been a pleasure working with Brad. Incredibly responsive and often times can resolve my issue/s via on-line share. He set my business profile in quickbooks so I was easliy able to transfer my client data from my franchised system to my private system. When the covid started to hit, Brad set up our 70" TV monitor in the conference room for our off-site zoom meetings! Has been a life line for my business with this current lock-down situation. Most improtantly - his rates don't break the bank and he invoices based upon work done, not on a quote basis which saves me money!!!

We discovered Brad about 10 years ago through a friend referral. We usually have him come out a couple of times a year, and he is always available on short notice. We operate a tax business so in the spring we cannot afford to be down for any length of time. In every case he has been able to address the problem, and even goes the extra mile to make our experience complete. He has twice completely rebuilt our computers to make sure we are up to date. He also handles our TV, cable, internet service, and has actually helped us save money on those services while providing a faster internet speed. And his fees are very reasonable
