All 5 stars to Zac!!! So glad to work with him. I got a problem connecting docking station to my laptop and he helped me to solve it. Working with Business Computer Technicians has been a wonderful experience. Our team has minimal training in computer issues and any time we have needed anything - BCT has been there for us! We are always able to get a live person on the phone anytime we call, and when we need someone to come to the site- it’s often same day or next day at most. In today’s world, this type of service is priceless. Everyone that we have worked with via the phone or the rep’s that comes on site has been so friendly knowledgeable, and quick. Additionally, I can say because the majority of our team here knows minimal about computer technology, the patience that Edwin ( more specifically ) has had during his site visits has been so appreciated. We wouldn’t be able to do this without BCT - so THANK YOU for being there for us! We would highly recommend this company to anyone in need.

Our firm has worked with BCT for years and we have always been extremely pleased with their work. Recently, we needed new workstations and Lucky did an extremely thorough job of getting us set up quickly and efficiently. She was always available to help and kept us apprised of the progress to make the transition to a new platform as smooth as possible, even enabling us to continue to use our old database by calling the software manufacturer. Not being an IT expert myself, I feel like the crew over there goes out of their way to not only address the issue at hand, but to help the customer understand the concept of what caused the issue and what they will do to fix it.
