Fantastic service, they have earned my business for the foreseeable future.

They are extremely talented and go through great lengths to ensure you’re getting exactly what you had in mind via text or phone call before starting the project.

I can’t exactly speak on wait time, as they had some logistical difficulties that was no fault of their own, but my shirts looked great!

couldn’t even get to the point of getting an estimate because they ignored basically all of my emails.

yes, i drove to the store and you told me you would get me a quote. you never did. it’s been 3 weeks not 1, and i even emailed you the day after i came in (1-31) sending you the designs once again to which i got no response so i guess you did forget your customer and not follow up. i wasn’t having a bad day, simply stating what happened or didn’t happen, you all need to improve your communication but if you want to think everything you said was accurate then feel free i guess have a GREAT day :))
