Bryan is my new computer guy. He is great. I had a 25 year old business computer go down on a Sunday and new my previous computer person was closed and was hoping someone could help immediately. Googles computer repair and found Bryan was open on Sunday. Took my computer to him, along with another older computer. Told him it was for my business. He looked at it and called me to say the old computer was shot, but he could rebuild the other computer and upgrade it. He had it rebuild and ready to go in 2 days. I brought it home and had to update the business software to run on the upgraded computer. Bryan came over and worked with the software techs online to make sure everything went smoothly, except we had to get another port card for the second machine we use. Bryan found one at a good price and came over and installed it. He is a night owl and works on computers all night to make sure you get your computer fast. Can thank him enough for his work and making sure everything is working as it should. He called may times to make sure I was happy with everything. Thanks again for all your great work. As I said earlier he is my new go to computer person.

Did some really great work. Originally took my pc to a repair place in big rapids and the guy had it for three weeks only to make the problem MUCH worse. This guy however took the PC the same day I picked it up from the other guy and had it fixed the next day. Really happy with the service and conversations we had. Outstanding service. Any services I need on this machine or future machines are going through him.

Bryan was great! He diagnosed and fixed my PC in a quick manner and gave me quality expertise in the repair options I could choose. On top of that he helped me with my cable management and it was extremely appreciated. Cadillac has a good one now!

Brian went the extra mile, staying up very late to ensure that my computer was repaired properly. I had the blue screen of death and I felt my computer was done.
Not only did Brian retrieve all my photos and videos but my computer came back so much “cleaner” and faster. I can’t relate enough how satisfied my experience was.

Computer went from not displaying then not turning off after I tried to fix it. Called Brian and he was able to get me in the day of, got back to me with the diagnosis in 2 business days. And after he found me great deals on part that I need was able to wrap it all up in about a week. Felt like he wanted to give me the best for the best price. Sad to see him leave GR

Didn't know how to use Liquid Metal. Fell asleep for our scheduled appointment time of 3:30pm. Had to make two trips. Not impressed won't use or recommend.
Oh and he called me 8 times to try and explain why he feel asleep ad couldn't help me. Thats crazy! I blocked his phone then he used a different phone number to reach me. I finally picked up the phone and cussed him out
