I am compelled to write this review due to the unprofessional conduct displayed by a certain team member at Cadman Homes.

I previously resided in a property managed by Cadman Homes on behalf of the landlord. They received the initial payments, including the security deposit, in February 2020.

Upon vacating the property in June 2024, I diligently pursued the return of my security deposit over a three-week period.
A team member from Cadman Homes informed me during two separate phone calls that I would receive an update regarding contact with the landlord before the end of the business day. However, I have not been contacted since then. This lack of communication demonstrates unprofessional behaviour on the part of Cadman Homes.

However, I was informed that the landlord was in possession of the deposit. During my final telephone conversation with a team member, I was unfortunately not provided with a timeframe for the return of the deposit. The individual displayed a lack of professionalism and courtesy in handling the matter.

It is not within my purview to determine who is responsible for holding the deposit. I entrusted Cadman Homes with the deposit, and they are obligated to return it in a timely manner following the final inspection of the property.

Finally, after a heated conversation with that UNPROFESSIONAL person and contacting directly to the landlord, I received my money back.
It is advisable to avoid them if you wish to prevent any complications at the end of the contract.

REPLYING AFTER UNPROFESSIONAL ESTATE AGENT ANSWERED MY REVIEW

I also have all the calls recorded where your pathetic staff member promised we will call back to you before the end of the day.
Now you are telling me it is a 14-days time period while on the phone call your pathetic member of staff was ranting, " I will not give you any time limit."

Your 11-day claim is wrong because I surrendered the keys before finishing my notice period. So stop misleading the people here.

I am challenging you to post that phone call recording for the public here.

How strange , As soon as I have said I will visit your office personally or my solicitor will deal with it, you have returned my money back within 3 hours.

FACT is you are UNPROFESSIONAL Estate AGENTS.
