I was in this place for a good 20 minutes look into my office furniture as sincere buyer. Two people were in the store talking and laughing. One person acknowledged me during the whole time I was there and I’m walking back-and-forth in and out. I’m waiting for somebody, tell me hello sir is there anything we can do? What are you looking for? Nothing, what a waste of my time Truly, this company knows nothing about Customer service

Mike at Cal Bennets was great to work with. I love my new office desk. It's sturdy, big, and the guys who came to install it did an amazing job. I have never had a better desk for my home office. Thank you Cal Bennetts!

Customer service is deplorable, worst we have ever received in 30 yrs of business. I ordered thousands of dollars worth of furniture from Cal Bennetts and it was 7 months before anything was delivered or installed. Rachel is Cal Bennetts 'so called' designer? She measured wrong, our office designs did not make sense what so ever and our furniture had to be taken back and cut down TWICE. A company like Cal Bennetts that charges outrageous pricing and boasts on professionalism should at least make up for it with customer service I believe. The only person that works there with good business etiquette and service was the manager Mike. We will never use Cal Bennets again, I do not recommend them to anyone near or far!

These guys are AMAZING! Been dealing with lots of people coming in and out due to an office remodel. The majority of people are irritated with life in general and just not very friendly (understandable with the pandemic and all). The Cal Bennet's guys have been WONDERFUL and so friendly! Thank you for being a breath of fresh air during these dark times in the world!

Large area packed full of a variety of furniture from chairs to cabinets, wood to metal. Very helpful staff. I picked up a two drawer lateral file cabinet.
