Getting really tired of this company. They came and installed internet for us and from the get go our speeds would throttle and slow tremendously every evening during peak hours to the point of barely being able to load a webpage. After techs came to our property multiple times to make sure it wasn't our hardware and to determine that it was an issue with the tower I had to send speed tests and screen shots of them every day for MONTHS until they finally added another access point on the tower. The issue was finally felt taken care of for a couple months until just recently we started experiencing the exact same thing again. Honestly they are over selling their bandwidth. This aint cheep and I'm feeling rather robbed because they can't give you what you are buying.

This has been hands down best internet service ever. From the beginning sales representative Edgar Vigil made it really easy to set up he was super friendly he got back to me right away with any questions he let me know exactly what to expect there was no hidden fees or extra charges he even gave me an installation discount. The service itself was amazing I never had an issue with streaming at one point I had 7 devices streaming YouTube, Netflix and other video apps and we were all able to watch just fine without delay. I would recommend this service to anyone that can get it it won't let you down.

Update 6/26/2022: Service has been out for three straight days now. Called inbthe second day with no resolution. Gjey blame me equipment when I've tested everything and confirmed it is working fine. (I have a background in networking and server management. ) Now they are jacking their prices up.

Constant outages. 3 to 5 times a week the service experiences outages. Has become unreliable. Paying a premium ($100/month)
They blame their constant outages on the power company but any telecom/isp worth their weight would have continuous power backup.
I found another provider that can provide double the speed at the same ping times for a third less the cost.

I have been with motherlode internet since 2005. I aquired a second home last October. Two accounts with automatic withdrawl. I continued to receive a statement with the additional charges. I would have to call monthly to fix the additional charge. Recently I received a fraud alert charging my credit card 499.00. I left nine phone messages and did not receive a return phone call over a week time period. I had to take time off work to personally go into the office to address the issue. In addition, they turned off the service to one of the homes and continue to charge my credit card. I realize that mistakes happen and did not address the affense with anger or blame. When I did atempted to express my concern for the neglected return phone calls, Nicole blamed previous staff for the problem stating "We are trying to fix the screw ups". I was not addressing the mistake, I was addressing my concern for the nine unreturned phone calls regarding a 499.00 charge mistakenly made. My concerned was never acknowledged nor at anytime did I receive an apology for such a grand mistake. I was told the Internet would be turned back on as soon as possible. Again we made several phone calls in which my husband was told that it would take a week for them to come to the house. My husband took time off work to meet at the house at their arranged time. They never showed for the appointment. Have made several last attempts to contact them, but still no return phone calls. Its the cheapest Internet service in town but it's time to pay a litter more for "professional communication". Holly J.

It was good for the 1st couple of months because I had their $118. Still had to reset about once every week. It also hesitated alot. Since I only use one TV and I went down to $70 and it's junk. It's been out for several hours three times in two months and the hestation is upsurd! I called in and they told me it's the services I'm using. In other words it Amazon Prime. Hulu and Which ever apps I'm using. Ofcourse it's not their service. BS. I am looking for something else. When they installed they ran the cable on the ground over a hundred feet. I'm guessing that's the problem. Not worth it. Find something else if you can.

I had a great experience with the staff. My computer was riddled with virus and malware. Robert helped me remove them and clean my computer. It was as fast as new. I didn't think anyone would provide customer service like this anymore. Especially being a Comcast customer. MLI will always get my business. Thanks!
