Captivation Agency recently completed the first overhaul and redesign of our agency’s website since 2016, and we could not be happier! This was a huge undertaking as a multitude of target areas were identified for the new website, such as expanding visibility, improving the user experience, and strengthening the long-term success of our mission in the new digital era – all of which have been met, if not exceeded.

This was a detailed, 13-step process that Captivation’s team moved through with care, compassion, and precision. From a logo and brand audit, to client interviews and the development of three unique stylescapes and personas, to creating and staging the new website in its entirety, it was a high-quality experience from beginning to end.
