I thought i had reviewed already lol! But Capuccio has been nothing but great for me and my family! Super easy process getting in, super kind staff (Karen is the bestest!) and easy renewal. They are very attentive to any problems if there are ever any! Super recommend them! <3

We have been with them for 3 years and have loved the experience! Any issues we have had were addressed timely and communication is great. I love that I can pay rent and put maintenance requests in online! Would 100% recommend Capuccio!!

RENTERS BEWARE: I wish no stars was an option. Don’t waste your money or time with this company. They were the worst rental company I’ve ever rented from. I rented over a year from these people and if I could go back in time I wouldn’t give these people a dime of my money. Rent from ANYWHERE ELSE. I had a laundry list of issues with them.

Exceptional management company! I have worked with other management companies in the past...my only regret is not finding Cappucio Dream Homes Earlier! My property is consistently rented and well maintained. Despite living in Virginia they keep me informed enough to know what is going on when needed, but not so much its bothersome. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. Most important they will ALWAYS return your call if not available and work with you to solve any concerns. I've been with them for around 4-5 years now and have had ZERO issues! I give the company my highest recommendation and I can assure you (from experience with other companies prior) they are, by far, the best management company anywhere near Lawton, OK.! Capuccio Dream Homes has been my property manager since 2007. They are prompt in receiving and resolving repairs, and has provided great advice on decorating updates and improvements to the 1969 home. He has found great renters for me that love to renew their lease and his accounting has been flawless for all transaction. Sound realty advice. Would highly recommend Tony and his team for property management, and would recommend my friends and family to him for great places to rent.

Truly a horrible “family” to rent from. Rude, unorganized people that will lie to both the owners and tenants of a property. Along with jump at the slightest imperfection to take as much out of your deposit as possible. Good luck to all future tenants who take the risk of trusting this company.
