Carter Remy were truly outstanding. My property had been on the market for around five months with two different “well know” estate agents, and during that time, I was left feeling frustrated and let down by poor communication and buyers who weren’t as genuine or transparent as I had been led to believe. Would highly recommend anyone who wants to buy or sell to use Carter Remy. After nearly 5 months of being with another agent which totalled to 7 viewings we decided to change. Within a week we had 11 viewings which resulted in us selling. James was brilliant from start to finish. What can I say! I went with Carter Remy after putting my house up for sale with another Estate Agents, where I had no joy. James came round for the initial valuation and was so helpful, explained everything clearly to me and said they’d be with me every step of the way. Boy was he right. Within the first few days it was sold. Les was available at anytime for any questions I had and always reassured me on anything I wanted to know.. Allison was there throughout the whole process right up until the end, chasing up other Estate agents and solicitors in the chain. Always pushing for a speedy answer. Craig even came to my house oh my moving day to collect my keys so I didn’t have to drop them off. I cannot thank you all enough for what you did for me.
