I used to work for SalesPad. Their developers are passionate about what they do, and actually care about making good software. Trust me, I know, I built their manual testing department and automated testing infrastructure. It was my job to find bugs and communicate with developers about issues, all day every day. No product will ever be perfect, but this team is dedicated to getting as close as possible to that goal. SalesPad also does community outreach programs and regularly brings in "the blood van" to allow employees to donate life to their community. Turnout is usually pretty good, these guys literally bleed to make the world a little better, and they'll bend over backwards to make software that improves your business.

If you can help it, do NOT work with this company. I only gave them 1 star and not 0 because I was forced to. AFTER signing a contract and paying the invoice we scheduled what we thought was a meeting to start the implementation project only to discover that we were being told that SalesPad no longer wanted to work with us. We could buy their license if we wanted to, but no services would be provided to us, with only extreme vagueness as to reasoning. Pity because we thought their software would work for us and actually help us, but not a chance after this treatment.

To drop us with little explanation at the final hour on what was a time sensitive project is absolutely unacceptable. You don't want to do business with us, tell us right away and no hard feelings. This treatment? It's left us speechless. Something fishy is going on here that they are not telling us about. STAY AWAY.

Surprised to see the 5-star reviews until I checked and found at least 2 are employees. I hired Salespad to help with migration and implementation of their accounting software. The first round they showed me my data with all the revenue missing. I explained that was unacceptable (they seemed surprised), so they embarked on a 4-week 'bug fix' which also didn't fix the issue. Ultimately they claimed they spent 16.5 hours converting and testing my data (but failed to notice there was no revenue). After 3.5 months we were 80% over budget and just over 50% complete (according to their estimate). I pulled the plug and suggested we split the cost ($2500 each). They pointed to their 'no refund' policy and said they would not refund any of it - even the unused hours and they billed me for 3 months of service!

Spent a lot of hours with SalesPad and their team during our implementation. They have incredible and accommodating service. Also their software has done wonders for our business. This was one of our best investments in a long time.
