took my pc here a few months ago to get it fixed and they charged 70 dollars for a diagnosis just for the it to break a few weeks later because they did not solve the issue. they said my ram stick was bad and took the WRONG one out causing my pc to not turn on. also, they installed my cooling system when building it, come to find out they only used 2 screws…you’re supposed to use 8. customer service was also not that welcoming, would not recommend, much better places in the tri-state.

I recently built a PC And was horrified when it didn't boot, I had so much stressed and anxiety and was a bit embarrassed to show up and ask for assistance. Not only did they show me where I went in terms of cables they also discovered the issue with a faulty motherboard and were extremely helpful and quick in helping me get my new gaming PC. I can't express enough how much this business is simply the best in the tri-state.

They guys at the shop are really cool guys. Explained what the pricing would be for a custom-built PC with my fiance, and they managed to fix my laptop at a very reasonable price. 10/10 would come here again, and I would definitely recommend coming here.
