I signed a contract with Celigo and their implementation partner Hairball 1 year ago to connect my NetSuite backend to my Wix front end. 3 data flows being inventory from netsuite to Wix, Wix orders to netsuite orders and netsuite fulfillment to Wix fulfillment. All suppose to be completed by mid February. Fast forward to October. We had 1 flow partially operational with hundreds of errors. As a company we made the decision to try someone else. By mid November we had all 3 connections working with Webgility. So in comparison, Celigo/hairball 10 months no results. Webgility, 2 weeks all good. I’ve requested a refund but they say they supplied the platform so I’m out of luck. Warning!!! Put in your contract that they are responsible for soup to nuts. In my humble opinion they are a ripoff.
