My wife and I first met Albin when we has the listing agent on the house we were buying. His professionalism and knowledge resonated with us so much that when it was time to sell our house years later he was the first agent we called. With interest rates significantly higher than they had been in many years it was not an easy time to sell, but Albin guided us through the process and helped get our house in the best possible shape to sell. I highly recommend working with him whether you are buying or selling. He understands the process, the market, and client service.

Albin did an outstanding job in helping us with a home purchase. The entire process was quick and the smoothest transaction we've ever experienced. He did an excellent job at finding homes that weren't on the market yet, scheduling showings with our limited availability, communication, professionalism, expertise and advise on the surrounding area and neighborhood, stepping in when we couldn't physically attend something, answering questions thoroughly, and making sure the house was move in ready! He was also able to recommend an agent to help with selling our other house. Albin went above and beyond, which we deeply appreciate. We would use him again in the future and certainly recommend him.

Starting with his initial price estimate, which he basically nailed, this was the smoothest process of selling a house that you could have. Albin is extremely knowledgeable and works his tail off. The photos and brochure he created almost made us not want to sell our house. He is a wizard in the College/Winter/Baldwin Park areas and will make the process as easy as possible for any seller.
