We’ve visited this centre twice with the kids. Once for a friend’s birthday party, and another time on a rainy day while exploring Bournemouth. Both times we had an amazing experience! We played online games with VR headsets, and the kids loved jumping around on the new interactive floor – something they’ve never experienced before.

We also really liked that during the birthday party, there was no need to go anywhere else for cake – you can rent a party space right there. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I took my kids to play VR games. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My son had some trouble with his VR headset, so they gave him extra time.
Children love this place, they really enjoyed playing and as soon as we leave, they ask if we can come back.
I like that I can see on the screen what they are playing.
There's other entertainments that we haven't tried, but looks fun.
Also I was happy about the free guest WiFi.

Brilliant session for my 15 year old and his mates celebrating his Birthday! Perfect for getting them out of the house, be somewhere safe and independent a great chance for them to mess about and have fun as a group - they played smash point and gun slinger and enjoyed them both. This is a must visit for teens.

Amazing venue for a party. We can for my son’s 9th Birthday with 10 of his friends and also booked the party room. They had an incredible time and all thought it was the coolest place ever! From start to finish of looking into the Venue after speaking to the staff we were sold! So helpful, nothing too much trouble and we were so blown away with the service. I cannot recommend it enough and I’m pretty sure there’s more booking to come from our group, the other parent were so impressed too. Thank you so so much.

Awful experience for my son’s 15th birthday party. I had booked an escape room experience for my son and his friends on his birthday. We turned up at the location but it was locked and the 2 phone numbers I had no-one answered for 15mins. When someone finally answered they said they forgot to contact me that they had relocated. When we got to the new address the experience took another 25 mins for them to set up and it not a traditional room (not clear at all in the website). The kids had a tablet that linked to a big screen that was glitching and the auto type function gave them the answers to the puzzles. Waste of time and money. Awful experience and customer service. Will not return or recommend

I went with my 10 year old son and neither of us had used VR before and we had a really fun time. The guys in charge were a big help and were on hand if we needed tips getting used to the controls etc.

Had an excellent hour of vr at the Bournemouth branch for my birthday. The host went the extra mile and opened it just for me. Super nice of him. Great event, great work out. Very much recommended to pretty much anyone of any age. Thanks again.
