12/20/22 This review is solely based on my personal experience with Ryan Naratchira Kunchadechchirawat. Ryan was very communicative, generous, professional. His help is genuine; He was the STAR ⭐️ of the show. He has helped in ways that no other broker will. He goes beyond his work description to find you an apartment that fits your needs. He eventually became a friend to me. You can trust him with every bone in your body. He fights for you when there is difficulty in the leasing process ( EX: the leasing agent wasn’t in office to email superintendent to release the keys after signing the leave and paying the deposits; I had to end up going to the office and find out what was going on because that was the only day that I can move in; Ryan got out of bed that morning and drove from his home all the way downtown to meet me and pick me up to get the keys. His response through text was “I will be with you every step of the way” and I really appreciated that from him because he didn’t have to. He puts a good amount of pressure on you to get your paperwork and signatures done especially when you’re looking to move ASAP. That’s sums up everything; I will definitely stay a client of Ryan’s. And will recommend him to anyone that is looking for an apartment

My roommates and I worked with Ryan Naratchira who was super helpful and very quick to respond. He was available at anytime we needed. This was my first time moving out which made the move a bit stressful but Ryan was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. He also understood how important it was for me to be able to move in asap and worked with me and the management company to have our Lease Signed as soon as possible. I would definitely recommend others to work with Ryan!

Leaving a perfectly legal character review of this company, I recommend looking at past reviews, even though some were taken off. They don’t hold their end on promises with customers and most importantly the hardworking people that work for them that help grow/build the company. Spend your money and time with a company with better character. Will never recommend this company or century21 as a whole. DO YOUR RESEARCH!

My roommates and I worked with Meg Naymik at Scope Reality and it was a fantastic experience. The company is very professional and transparent about the entire process. However, Meg was the star. I cannot recommend her enough. She was the most helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and generous realtor I have ever met. Working with her and Scope reality made the process absolutely seamless. She is very well versed through out the NYC area and is very dedicated to her clients and it really shows. So happy with our experience.

I absolutely hate apartment searching in NYC. I was lucky to come across an agent who made it rather enjoyable for once. Even through all my grumpiness and pickiness, Tony was extremely professional and persistent. He worked around my schedule and was fun to talk to, too. Usually I drop the agent after they've shown me the apartment that I made the initial appointment for because I know they'll just drag me around showing all the apartments they have within my budget, but they'll show me nothing that I'm actually looking for... but not with Tony. He listened carefully and immediately eliminated everything that he knew I wasn't looking for. He's very observant as well; I was beginning to grow tired from running around so he offered to call us an uber to take us to the next viewing. I actually ended up liking a lot of the apartments he had to show me because of this, and that never happens for me. He even made arrangements so I could see the unit like 5x before I decided to apply because I really wanted it to be the perfect apartment, with no compromise of any sort. Even throughout the application, he answered my many many questions thoroughly and almost instantly. He made sure I had all my paperwork in order and told me how to fill things out to make everything most efficient. I'm so glad I gave into his persistence at the start because I wouldn't have been able to move into the place I am in now, which is nothing below what I wanted. I highly recommend Tony at Scope Realty, he won't disappoint.
