During my search for my first property, I worked with the Chameleon group. Although I ultimately didn't secure a property through them, I was highly impressed by the team's dedication and professionalism, particularly from Ben, who I worked with for most of the process.

Ben has been extremely good and professional throughout my entire search. From setting up the viewing to helping me complete the purchase . He was with me from negotiating the price to closing the deal . He was very very prompt in responding, explaining the process and getting all the information clarified and sorted . This was exactly what I needed given I am first time buyer and didn’t know the process or details. I would highly recommend Ben Raji

We had the incredible fortune of working with Matthew for the purchase of our very first flat, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Matthew's expertise, warmth, and personalized approach made the journey into homeownership truly great. From day one, Matthew took the time to understand not just our preferences but the significance of this being our first home. His knowledge of the market and patient guidance helped us navigate the process seamlessly. He was always available to address any of our questions and concerns, making the entire process feel less like a transaction and more like a partnership. As first-time buyers, we greatly appreciated Matthew's attention to detail. He not only ensured that we understood every step of the process but went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and informed at all times. It was a pleasure!

Matthew and the team went above and beyond to really understand what o was looking for in a property. Once we found a suitable place, Matt held my hand through the offer and acceptance process always being open and honest and fighting my corner! Having Chameleon 's reassurance while the lawyers worked towards completion was invaluable and I moved in seemlessly thanks to Matt and the team. I would really recommend buying through this estate agent which is completely different to the traditional estate agent stereotypes. Thanks so much!

I recently bought my first house and wow, Chameleon Group are amazing!!! In terms of all of the interactions I had with them, they were faultless, seamless and were so helpful. Ben and Matt run the company incredibly well, are such genuinely kind people and I keep telling people how lucky I got to have the two of them when buying my first home. Super trustworthy, put up with my incessant calls and texts, and overall just such a great company. No doubt in the future, when I look to purchase another property, they will be the first people I contact!

Hands down the best agency experience. Matt has been amazing in guiding us through the market options and has been proactive in showing us new developments. Impressed by their honesty and friendly approach -instead of the classic dry suited pushy agent-. They have very good knowledge of the property market and they would only advertise properties that they think are worth going for. Has also been instrumental in helping us get the deal through. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
