It’s been over a year since my first review and I’ve gotta say this place has fallen off. The staff no longer seems to have much musical knowledge for it being a music/production shop. I went in today to pick up a used pedal that was previously listed at 100$. The guy at the counter didn’t know what it was and tried to sell it for the new price. I explained it was used with no box, so he got what I assume to have been their manager. She also had very little knowledge on the pedal and asked 125$ for it. Overall it was a poor experience and left a bad representation of the great service I used to see.

This place rocks. The guitar tech can fix your problems while you wait. Try that with the other guys. They also offer a full range of Public Address systems for all your audio needs. Large or small, they have you covered. Cool people too everyone is super helpful.

Took my son there. They are great people and welcomed my son to jam with them anytime! And he always looks forward to that now! Great prices on marching percussion equipment! Will definitely be a go to store even though my son doesn't march anymore.

Awesome place. Highly recommended. They take the time to talk to you and discuss whatever you need help with or give an extra opinion from experience. Plus Its great to have a local music shop that isn't overly expensive or rude.

Went in today looking for a nice keyboard at a good price for my fiance. Chevalier productions had a brand new and very nice Yamaha YPG535 88Key keyboard for a great price. They were very informative and extremely professional. They even gave my 2 year old juice and crackers while I loaded the keyboard in my car. I will definitely be back in the future!

Purchased some DR Pure Blues strings for my Gibson R7-LP and got some Dunlop Guitar cleaner/polish! Store employee was very courteous and knowledgeable of all the guitar strings the store had for sale! I was surprised how few of brands of acoustic guitars/electric guitars and guitar amps they had on the sales floor!

This place is awful. They had my sons guitars for a week and when we picked them up, they still were not ready. They had not checked them or even tuned them and I had to call that day to get them even to work on the last one. They were supposed to fix the pickup switch and they just did a bandaid repair. They just needed to be set up which is about a 30 minute job. These people are the worst. We will never ever use them again.
