The staff at Cinergy in Tulsa is second to NONE!!!!! My son and I both have certain disabilities they went above and beyond to accommodate!! So much so that I am crying tears of joy as I write this review. They were so amazing it's beyond words. A special thanks to William, Jake and Allyson. Allyson without question is an amazing leader and it shows in her staff. Thank again for one of the best days Jack and I have ever had at an entertainment center. If corporate reads this review they all three deserve a raise and recognition for their work and their efforts in making our day amazing and memorable!!

I had an amazing experience at this theater for my child's birthday party during the opening weekend of the Minecraft Movie. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The theater itself was clean, and the movie was a huge hit with the kids. Highly recommend this place for any special occasion or group outing!

First time here. Saw the movie Twisters. Great movie. Greater place. Clean nice theater seating and snacks. What impressed me was two random workers said enjoy your movie as we were walking to theater 6. And one on our way out said enjoy your evening thanks for coming! Impressive. Definitely a place for family or just a date day or night. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had our son’s 8th birthday on Saturday. As you can imagine, managing 20 kids can be stressful. The Cinergy employees (all) were amazing!! It was so nice to have their support and help! I would completely recommend Cinergy for a birthday party!!

We tried the axe throwing and it was a great experience. The instructor, Samuel took his time and explained and demonstrated the best ways to throw and even came back to offer additional help. Our food and drinks came fast to our table fast and the overall experience was fantastic.

Worst experience of any business I’ve been to in Tulsa. Rented a room for my son’s birthday. Pizza is horrible. I had 6 little boys the lady waiting on us told them they were not allowed to go play till after they eat. The staff is completely unfriendly and on their phones while you speak to them. $550 for a crap time. Will not go back ever. All of the managers sit in the back by the bar instead of managing their business, it was very difficult to ask for assistance. Go to Airtopia where they will actually take care of you, create a fun environment and your kids will enjoy it a whole lot more. Do not waste your money here.

Such a nice place to just have fun it doesn’t consist any specific age groups it has enough fun definition. There is a movie theater, arcade, bowling, pizza, popcorn, escape room and much more. It breezy to go around without a actual staff roaming around on the arcade section. Price range is valid. The recliners from the movie theaters are uffff amazingly comfortable! They have a warmer monitor on them spacious fluffy leather and table eater in front of you to enjoy your food beverage and it doesn’t bother you in any manner. Bowling area very cool organized. The only area I believe that need organization is the winner area. Me a mom that has gone a little rusty won about 113 points and I have a three year old that with a piece of candy could of been satisfied but we left with points in the card because there weren’t many lower points options. I get the hook but as for me I cannot afford to come constantly. The food was amazing eat here.

I had selected the 10 player party package for my son’s birthday. I paid 50% down (about $150) and had a remaining 150.00 due at the time of the event. We even had a follow up call with party details and confirming our balance due.
I had mentioned there would be about 20 guests during this follow up call.
They unknowingly switched the package to 20 PLAYERS and I was shocked to see that our balance was over $600! They did pass out 20 playtime cards, however, this was our first time there and all of the rules were very confusing to follow. I didn’t think anything of it and assumed it was part of the package I had selected. I tried to explain that there was a miscommunication and they were charging me incorrectly but they didn’t care or compensate in ANY way for their mistake. They just said I had to pay it.

On top of all of this, the staff was awkward and didn’t seem happy to be there. We had to track down the guy running the VR area and he seemed inconvenienced we asked for help. The rules were ridiculous as well, all of my guests were sitting awkwardly for awhile just waiting for food because “they cannot play games until they’ve eaten”
Needless to say, i will never be going back.
