This place is rough.

Extremely filthy place; inside and out.
Trash everywhere.
Countertops disgusting.
Students drop their backpacks on the front door floor. I counted about 5+ kids activity stealing things and skipping the register.
Staff wasn’t doing anything about it when it was brought to their attention.

One of the staff members seemed genuinely nice, so that’s the only reason it’s not a one star.

Management/ownership needs to step up to the bare minimum skill set needed to run an establishment.

For one this location has way too many customers for not enough employees there's always a large line and they never have the cream for coffee they're pretty nice but very overwhelmed management needs to get their act together

This location is a gamble when buying gas with a credit card.
It blows my mind how little effort is taken at this store to protect its customers.
I've been hit with credit card fraud at least a half dozen times in the last year. Within hours of using my credit card on the gas pump, I've got fraudulent charges showing up.
Last night yet again, within 90 minutes of getting gas there was a $652 fraudulent charge on my card.
Pay with credit card on the pumps at your own risk.
From now on I will only use a gas card on these pumps.

This store needs help. Always like this when I come in. How to improve.
A cashier stays at the cashier line. Have a floater handling the self service machines, helping other customers, and in downtime doing the paperwork stuff.

Walked in again, one is doing paperwork, and the one cashier is handling the cashier line, she was also getting behind the counter orders, and also running out back to get someone's lottery winning.

This is not fair to the customers, or the cashier.

It's only an impact on your store, especially between the hours of 6am - 9am, and 3pm - 7pm. Those are your busy times.

Kiwi view. You pay at the pump. All fuel goes through one hose. It’s a little confusing at first but just follow the simple steps and you’ll be fine.

Inside is lots of junk food. Go crazy.

Lots of drink options!!

As in other places a lack of healthy(ish) chocolate milk options.

The cashiers are condescending and rude. They refuse to get your item before seeing ID. The time it takes them to grab it is the time I need to get it out, save us both time by getting it.
Rather than rudely implying you expect me not to have it.
I’m 45, I don’t even look a little like I’m 21.

The whole transaction process is way too time consuming, and the people cutting the line for self checkout just makes everyone anxious and upset.

This Circle K has to be one of the worst in the entire nation. Every visit feels like a gamble with "pump roulette"—you never know which pumps are actually functional. More than half seem to be out of order at any given time, either refusing to work entirely or not accepting cards. If you're lucky enough to get your card to work, there's a good chance you'll later find out your card details have been hacked—something that's reportedly happened to numerous customers who’ve used this location.

The problems don't stop at the pumps. The bathrooms are consistently filthy, and the store itself is often dirty and poorly maintained. This isn’t even an old location, which makes the lack of upkeep even more frustrating. If you’re considering stopping here, save yourself the headache and find a better-maintained gas station nearby. This one is a mess.

My daughter went to this circle k a few nights ago... Let me just say that the training for customer service skills in this town is non existent. The cashier working the night shift the other night named Ka. mari or however it spelled I'm sure the name is able to be understood from that either way. Why

You ma'am do not deserve your job and you so not know the meaning of human kindness. The other tall beautiful young lady that is always there with a smile. We absolutely adore you and love Everytime we come in to the store and you are there with a ready smile.

Corporate needs give you employee of the month or even a raise because you are what customer service is truly all about. They need to get rid of this other lady or send her back to get some better training. But her ignorance speaks for itself 8 don't think there is any hope for her.
