The only thing thats really retail in terms of pokemon cards is the booster box, but other than that the place is pretty cool and ill definitely come back to play in tournaments. the customer service was pretty cool, the bearded guy seemed a little annoyed and all but he wished me luck with my packs so all was good

This place is cool! 😎 I went the other day to trade in some old ps2 games and the guys working there were awesome . They always take care of me when i go there to buy or trade games. Really recommend this place. they have everything from old school games to the latest games and consoles, they also have gaming cards and more !

Just tried to buy a game that is relatively old. Asked the bearded guy at the counter if he could open it so I could validate if the game was in good condition. He threw his arms up and acted like I was so out of line for asking to see the condition of a $30 item that is 15 years old. He cut the scotch tape that was keeping the game closed and said “I’ll do it just this once for free, but don’t expect to come in here and have me do this ever again”. Why would someone buy from you when you are moaning and groaning and whining over asking you something completely reasonable? I totally would have bought the item too. Left it on the counter and left. Don’t be a scumbag with a nasty attitude if you want business. (THIS MOST CERTAINLY DID HAPPEN NO MATTER WHAT THE OWNER SAYS. AS UNFRIENDLY AS IT GETS.)

Okay products (minus the scalped prices) but the employees always speak like you ran over their dog

EDIT because of course the owner responded: Instead of taking in customer feedback, you decide to argue with them like the manchild you are. You only like someone when they stroke your ego or fork over unreal amounts of money to your scalped items. You are an adult with a business. Act like it for once. Pathetic. I worked at schools with kids more mature than you.

I came for the video games. Decent selection of older stuff. I was a bit turned off to see unmarked reproductions & replacement cart labels mixed in with the rest but as long as you know you’re stuff you shouldn’t make a mistake buying something you didn’t intend to buy. Also the games are not cleaned but you can look and and inspect before you buy. Prices are what you’d expect from a retail store and clearly marked but I think very fair; not outrageous at all.
Staff seemed fine to me. Basic customer service was nothing to complain about. I would go back again. It was worth my time.
Tons of card & tabletop games but not my thing so I can’t comment on that stuff.

it’s a shame that such a cool looking store can get ruined by rude customer service. It really makes the guys behind the counter look like insecure little girls.
