Computer Concepts has always treated me with such dignity and respect. I look feminine, so many places will treat me in a condescending manner. I'm grateful that Computer Concepts has treated me like any customer. They've been considerate of my time and budget, and they've been helpful and approachable.

In the past, I'd gone a few times to clear up minor PC issues, and the team resolved things within an hour easily. These were low cost repairs, and they were very efficient.

Lately, I went back with a bigger issue. I took my PC in, and I actually asked them further for more upgrades. Computer Concepts was respectful and able to accommodate my request. We talked over every part, even replaced one of their ideas for a less expensive version, and I have loved my PC even more since. I felt reassured that they didn't recommend many upgrades until I explained my interest. They listened when I asked for alternatives, and they were very forthcoming about the cost and benefits. These are really reliable people who will do only and exactly what you ask for, but they're open to more and will consult if you are interested.

I went to computer concepts when I first moved to Everett. My review is belated but truthful with helpful information to those who can relate to what I needed done or are simply considering this business for the services they provide.

I bought a pretty nice XPS 8950 Dell Desktop from Costco. Out of the box it’s a 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700 2.10GHz processor.

With 32GB of installed RAM and a RTX 3060 Ti video card, it’s not a bad workhorse computer but definitely not as good as a custom build. And one of its drawbacks aside from having the dell-specific motherboard and limited PSU was its small case and pathetic fans.

I wasn't happy with the factory supplied Air CPU cooler, so went on a quest to find the best Air Cooler I could fit in the 8950 chassis. The cooler height is the biggest problem, you have to stay under about 145mm otherwise you cant fit the side cover back on. In the end, I found the Be Quiet Dark Rock TF2 to not only fit, but it offers significantly better cooling for both the K and non-K CPU's. However, this cooler may still be a bit small for the i9-12900K, but still better than the Air Cooler from Dell.

Computer concepts helped me make it happen. Charles was very helpful and accommodating to me because I had limited options with my DELL. He also warned me that I would have the BIOS error every cold start up with my computer but I just need to hit control alt, delete and it bypasses that to the login page. Which I do that everyday and it’s no problem.

Computer concepts provided good customer service and I ended up installing a 1Terabyte Hard drive as well as the 2 fans and CPU cooler and the labor was very reasonable.

Check out my photos of the invoice, texting with Charles about my plans for the Dell and of my computer. I also included a video of me bypassing the BIOS error and the fan noise. Temps are nice and low now even when playing Red Dead Redemption 2.

I had a hard drive fail and was faced with the prospect of having to send my drive away for review and recovery (there are few capable locally of handling this in a sophisticated way). All these services take over a week even with expedited service (including shipping). Plus you often don’t know the price until it is half way across the country.

Computer Concepts handled mine in 2 days. Pricing was straight forward, predictable… only marginally more expensive. However, I know their staff are very good and seen a wide variety of issues. They have an extensive toolbox and have a couple of decades of expertise. Plus, I felt good about supporting a local business while not having to hand my drive to FedEx to lose or damage further.

I purchased a new PC that was delivered to my place on Friday, 1/17/2025. I was at work when it was delivered, and was looking forward to getting it all setup and ready to game over the weekend. After getting everything setup and ready to go, I go to boot up my PC, and encountered error with BIOS. After trying to figure out the issue and fixing it, I found myself unable to do so.

By this point I'm panicking, because the machine was NOT cheap by any means. I'm asking friends of mine if they know what the issue could be potentially, trying to cover all bases. One of my friends mentioned Computer Concepts.

I go on their website, submit a service request, and not even 5 minutes later I receive a reply saying to bring it in the next day and they'll diagnose it for no charge. I take it in, he looks at it, and was able to tell me what was wrong with it.

He said I could do it myself, but I asked if he would be able to (for a charge of course). He had it fixed, drivers updated, and some other minor fixes to my PC that happened during transit.. UNDER 30 MINUTES. THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING. They're very knowledgeable, fair in price, and it's a cool environment. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone and everyone if they need PC help.

I came here after reading all of the positive reviews and wasn’t disappointed. I had to replace my PC tower case as it had been damaged while being shipped with UPS. Dakota and the team were super helpful and patient in waiting for me to resolve my claim with UPS before I could approve the repair.

To top it off, I picked a case that was a bit wider than most models and I had mentioned that I wanted to buy a PC tower carrier bag to transport it in the future. Dakota calls and tells me that I’ll have a hard time finding bags for the model I picked out and suggested other options. He didn’t have to do this but it just shows how much they care and he just went above and beyond in helping me out. Truly, truly appreciate that. 100% good guys and great store.

I cannot recommend this place enough if you have PC issues. I built my second-ever PC after some saving and was running into unforeseen issues with Windows and running games. It was a complicated issue to fix, and they didn’t resolve it on their first attempt, but their warranty is excellent and ensures that your issue will be resolved. They never gave up on the problem and I left very satisfied.

I have been in IT for over 30 years and now retired. I had purchased a laptop over the weekend and needed a small screw to hold the back of the case on that had fallen out somewhere..

Great little shop with a bunch of help and some of the basic hardware there to look at and purchased if needed..

Came here to get my new GPU and PSU installed on my PC, I wanted to have it installed professionally so as not to damage anything due to lack of experience. I did not purchase the GPU or PSU through this business but they were able to replace parts and have it ready in less than 24hrs! Best part was that I was able to trade in my 4060ti GPU to offset any/all Costs! I definitely plan on coming here for any future upgrades and part replacements! Thank you guys and God bless!❤️
