Danny and the Computers Made Easy team are fantastic, we have been working with them for 10+ years. Danny and his team of computer experts go above and beyond to make sure the computers are running smoothly, keep us secure and up to date. If we have an unexpected emergency, they are available to trouble shoot and get us back up and running as quickly as possible, which is critical for patient care. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Great work CME team!!!

We have been using Computers Made Easy for two plus years now and it has been a game changer for our business. Before they were on with us we had an in-house person. They I think tried their best, at least that is what I am hopping when I look back. But with them our system was constantly breaking down. Our team would go days with out getting issues resolved.

Working with CME has been easy from the start. They came in and gave us a real assessment, and explained everything that they could do for our company. Since that moment I have felt relief.

They took over all of our billing with all the different vendors that we used. So now we just pay them. It is so nice having just one bill a month for everything.

There customer service is amazing. If anyone has an issue they just click on a small green star at the bottom right of their screen to start a ticket. It usually takes less then 30 minutes for someone to contact you, 9 our of 10 it is less then 15. This keeps everyone able to do their job. It is such a relief.

Cody was a phenomenal helper for our charity! WOW! Not only did he help us upload Microsoft office on our extra laptop for an intern to use, in addition, he helped us save money by applying for a non-profit discount for our very busy food pantry.
