Lynn was a true Rock Star! We (my client and I) called Lynn (and a few others that didn’t answer) before traveling to Myrtle Beach from Colorado. We had a great conversation with Lynn and knew she was the one! Right away she started sending my client homes!
My client also very internet savvy sent Lynn things she had found as well. Lynn went out and previewed properties for my client even FaceTiming her so she could get the whole picture. My client loved a condo on the ocean front and they wrote the offer and thanks to Lynn , it got accepted! I flew out with my client to see her new condo, it was beautiful. We also looked for her a new forever home while in town. Lynn went above and beyond with her/us while we were in town, her hospitality was so genuine as she made sure we had all the necessities we needed to make our stay comfortable. A true angel sent from above!

One of the most pleasant events I've had in my 58 years. Smooth and convenient transactions obviously a by-product of experience. No problems from the initial house showing to the final closing. I was treated as if I was the only person that mattered. Miss Lynn is polite pleasant and as professional as they come.. Great company to work with. Chance and Lynn did a magnificent job of guiding us through the process of buying a house down in the Pawley's Island, MB area. They are a small family outfit that is an all for one company with realtor ability and renovations skills. They don't pressure you but they help guide you then they help to keep you on top of the house for the timing of the purchase at the best price. Chance does a great job of negotiating and getting the cost to your price target point and communicates with you through the whole process. Their a young group that understands the personal relationship means a lot. Very professional. They also will do renovations at a cost that makes sense. We plan on using them for our renovations when it's time for us to move into our new house. It's really one stop shopping without the pressure. Great people with good energy and now people we can call our friends. Thank you guys for helping us in getting our permanent retirement home we've dreamed of near the beach. This has been a lifelong dream of ours and Consensus Real Estate made easy. Thank you guys.
