The program has improved from a few years ago, but it still has several loopholes that are easy to find.

My bigger issue is that you can’t cancel without calling in. You can uninstall it from all your devices online but you can’t stop them from charging you. I called in before my billing date and it went to a voicemail. Tried again today and they told me they wouldn’t refund me because by the time I actually reached somebody, it had already charged and I didn’t leave a voicemail. I’m sure they can see when I removed my it from devices, but they still refuse to refund the money. So decent program. Terrible customer service with catawampus hours who won’t even help you when you get laid off from a job.

Covenant Eyes personally doesn’t work for me so when it comes to combating lust which Jesus says is adultery and it is also not only adultery, but idolatry See Colossians 3:1-8 NKJV, and 1 Corinthians 10:14 NKJV alongside Matthew 5:27-30 NKJV. Anyways, Covenant Eyes has great customer support and has really been beneficial to me in a number of ways I just want to say thank you to all those people who have personally helped me to become more Christ like and to those who have given me solid advice for combating sexual sin anyways just because Covenant Eyes doesn’t work for me because I am too tech savvy, and I think the best course of action and has helped me to deal with this sin is to give up social media entirely it doesn’t mean it won’t work for someone else, and I think legitimately the issues I had will be resolved in due time because of their phenomenal response time and customer service may the Lord be with you all at Covenant Eyes. Also, last personal note for me to not have Covenant Eyes is because I keep finding work arounds to seeing wrong things so I’ve had to be done with social media as a whole, and make personal legalisms for myself like there has to be accountability essentially a family room T.V for me which kills all sort of lustful intent, alongside fleeing youthful lusts and making no provisions for my flesh in the aspect of giving up having Google on my phone and YouTube alongside giving up these things on my Xbox One. As I continue another personal note to extend upon that point they were willing to refund me totally because it didn’t work out for me which was benevolent of them and it shows they have integrity as a company though they didn’t have too.

This company puts humans over profits. The compassion and honesty at Covenant Eyes shows in the work they do. Their customer service is 99.9% top notch! Lol, no one is perfect. Covenant Eyes really is the best in almost every single way. Thank you for all you do!

Customer service is excellent. The new screen accountability needs a lot of improvement, it is so blurry that you can not even tell where the person who needs accountability has gone.
