Absolute rip off. Go else where seriously. They will lie to you about stuff that matters. Buy a new phone. Go elsewhere. Just don't let them fix anything to rip you off in the end. That's why it's so high he said it covers all this stuff if something happens. No it doesn't.

The guys working there were super helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't catch their names but they explained the possible problems and showed us how to tell what our most likely issue was. We had to wait for a part to come in but they were fast, professional, and even stayed late because I was running behind picking my phone up. Will definitely use their services again if the need arises, and will look into having them backup the data on my old phones for me. Thank you so much!
