Absolutely the best quality, service and response. I needed two custom shirts done within two days. That’s right folks, two shirts in two days! They were perfect! Great shop. Great Service! Kellie goes out of her way to find a way to create what you want for your project, even if it's very small. She has done several jobs for my daughter, and everything is excellent, and they always go beyond in prompt, helpful service. Do not waste your time with Creative Ink. The estimate will be lower than other area companies, but don't be fooled! It's not worth the nightmare! I ordered fan gear, but we are over half way through the season and I had to cancel the order. They are very slow to respond, and Kellie is AWFUL at customer service. I submitted my order a month before I needed it. At one point, I had waited a week to hear from her about the amount of the deposit. It took me emailing two more times to find out the amount and status of the order. By the time she emailed, the deadline I asked for had passed. Kellie also did not listen to what I wanted to order, and was going to fill the order wrong. I doubt her competence, especially after speaking with her on the phone. Call Spin Tees, they will take care of you!
