WORST consulting company ever! It's like they don't know what they are doing. If you are sending remarks about something missing in plans, do it one time and not 3 times making a customer wait 3 months and delaying the permitting process. Be a little more efficient and do your job right the first time around.

The review and quality of the advice we received was mediocre at best. Instead of actionable, strategic recommendations, we were given generic suggestions that didn't apply to our specific situation. It's clear that the team lacked a deep understanding of the construction/planning process, and their solutions didn't address the unique issues they were pointing out.

Overall, I would not recommend CSG consultants to anyone looking for professional, competent consulting services. They failed to deliver on their promises, and the lack of professionalism and expertise was evident throughout the entire engagement. I hope the Gilroy county recognizes and doesn't hire them with any more business. Extremely disappointing.

UPDATE! I had previously given this company a 5 star review. However my most recent experience made me change this to 1 star, I waited a month for a review and received an incoherent list of corrections due to them improperly scanning a set of plans submitted to the AHJ in person. I was unable to get in contact with the reviewer. I worry about a plan review company that clearly can't even tell when there are pages missing, or the file is corrupted.
